- Not suitable for use in atmospheres containing less than 19.5% oxygen
- Not suitable for protection against particulates unless combined with an appropriate particulate filter and retainer
- Replace cartridges in accordance with a documented change‑out schedule or earlier if smell, taste, or irritation is detected
