Atelier Binder Medium - 250ml

The Atelier Binder Medium is a water-based acrylic emulsion, which can be used straight from the bottle or thinned with water 1:1 to seal most surfaces to prepare them for acrylic or oil painting. It is used for sizing on canvas or cotton duck to seal and prevent absorption of paint into the fabric. 

It may be used on its own as an isolation coat prior to varnishing. Atelier Binder Medium will increase gloss when mixed with acrylic paint. It is water based and dries to flexible film.

It is also useful as an adhesive in collage techniques.
