Testo 270 Food Oil Quality Tester

The Testo 270 Food Oil Quality Tester helps with quality assurance and monitoring to comply with critical TPM values when it comes to frying processes to change the oil at just the right time avoiding wastage. The required TPM limit values can be set in advance and protected with a PIN from being modified inadvertently. The cooking oil tester's display flashes until a stable reading is reached. The display signalling function in traffic light colours (red, yellow and green) enables quick identification of the measurement result range. The accurate reading in %TPM can also be read off the display.
