The PC Locs FUYL Tower Pro 5 PCL3-10460 Charging Smart Locker for Education Facility with Cloud Advanced Software charges, stores, secures and manages phones, tablets, laptops and other mobile devices in individually lockable compartments with 36W USB-C Power Delivery ports and 240V power socket options. It can automate device check in/out, broken device exchanges and secure public charging on demand.

A PC Locs Cloud subscription grants access to the web-based management portal and features. Initial subscription is included with every FUYL Tower Pro.

FEATURES:

• Charge Quickly and Store Safely so Devices Are Always Ready for Use. All bays contain a power outlet and a 36W USB-C Power Delivery (PD) port to securely charge almost any device at the fastest rate possible: iPads, tablets, laptops, mobile phones, Chromebooks and more.
• Secure, Steel Construction. Robust construction deters attempted break-ins.
• Future Proof. Modular replacement parts and quick access panels allow for hardware serviceability in the field.
• RFID or PIN Code Access. Compartments can be opened via RFID or PIN code. FUYL Tower supports most RFID standards. 
• External LED Bay Status. Each bay has an external LED indicator to know if a bay is available (green), reserved (white) or offline (no light). A window provides visibility inside each bay–or if privacy is preferred, window blocking plates are also included. 
• Easy-to-Follow Tower Display. Administrative functions are available from the 4.3” Graphical Colour Tower Control Module and Keypad. The Tower’s user interface is simple to navigate for both admins and users. 
• Optional Network Kit. An optional Network Kit expands the data transfer capabilities through individual Ethernet connections to each bay. The Network Kit enables installation of a network switch (not included), making it possible to re-image devices remotely.
• Lifetime warranty. 

SUBSCRIPTION FEATURES:

• Public Mode. The FUYL Tower functions as a public charging station where users can choose an empty/ available bay (green LED), enter a PIN or swipe an RFID card to reserve that bay, and secure their device inside for later retrieval. 
• Bay access via PIN or RFID. The keypad and RFID reader built into the control door give maximum choice for accessing the bays on the Tower.
• Basic administration from Tower display. FUYL Towers can be administered directly from the hardware (LCD display on the Tower).
• Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). Protect accounts from unauthorised access with the option to require all admins to log in with 2FA.
• Multiple Admin types. The Cloud comes with pre-set administrator types: Owner, Admin and Station Admin.
• Over-the-air updates. With auto-firmware updates toggled on, new features are automatically available to customers as they are released to Cloud.
• Remote station administration via web based portal. Manage all FUYL Towers from one portal, no matter the location.
• Event log. All interactions with the FUYL Tower(s) are logged in an event log. These logs can be viewed centrally from the Cloud.
• Bulk operations. PC Locs Cloud makes setting up FUYL Tower configurations fast by allowing admins to set bulk settings from the account level based on their Cloud subscription tier.
• Tags. Admins can tag users, groups, stations, and bays to filter items.
• Reports. PC Locs Cloud has a built-in reporting tool in the web portal interface to provide insights to how the organisation is using FUYL Towers.
• User groups. Admins can also create user groups to better manage users and to authorise large sets of users to specific stations or nodes.
• Built-in User Directory. PC Locs Cloud has a built-in User Directory that enables admins to control who is allowed to use FUYL Towers.
• Broken device exchange workflows. The Cloud allows admins to change Tower settings in a specific configuration that facilitates break/fix workflow.
• Device check-in/check-out workflows. The PC Locs Cloud allows admins to change Tower settings in a specific configuration that facilitates check-in/check-out workflows, including shared device programs, 1-to-1 workflows and more.
• Curfew. Allows admins to configure Tower settings to restrict access to the Tower or node.
• Self-register RFID. Reduce the burden on Admins for setting up users with RFID.
• Roles. Owner administrators can create custom roles to limit the permissions of non-owner administrators to specific nodes.
• External directory integration. Integrate the organisation’s Active Directory, Google Workspace*, Okta LDAP, or other LDAPcompatible directory with PC Locs Cloud.
• Cloud API. PC Locs Cloud API allows programmatic access to the Cloud
• Webhooks. Webhooks allow admins to send real-time events from FUYL Towers to other systems to enable automation of downstream workflows.
• Single Sign On (SSO). Configuring an SSO provider allows admins to securely login to PC Locs Cloud and other systems/websites with one set of credentials.
