These Eftpos thermal paper rolls are BPA free. BPA stands for Bisphenol-A, a chemical compound mainly used in plastic bottles and as a colour developer in thermal paper. It is toxic and can be absorbed through the skin from handling receipts. BPA Free thermal paper was introduced in response to customer requests.
