This innovative design delivers a higher cut-rate, greater durability, and longer life than other fibre discs. A heat-activated grinding aid is incorporated on the disc, making it an outstanding product for all types of metal, as it minimises grinding temperatures on heat-sensitive alloys such as stainless steel, nickel alloys, and titanium. This helps to reduce metal discolouration and the chance of heat-related stress cracks. Its stiff fibre backing and strong resin bond provide durability and tear resistance for heavyweight applications such as high-pressure weld grinding, beveling, and edge chamfering.
