Euroboor HMS Series TCT Annular Cutter - 14mm x 35mm
The Euroboor HMS Series Tungsten Carbide Tipped (TCT) Annular Cutter is engineered for drilling hardened and high-tensile materials where standard HSS cutters fall short. Equipped with a spiral flute design, this cutter ensures optimum chip removal, prevents seizure, and delivers smooth, consistent cutting performance.
Designed for use on HARDOX steel, stainless steels, high-tensile steels, and railway tracks, the HMS Series provides superior durability and precision in demanding applications. Compared to HSS cutters, TCT cutters are significantly less susceptible to breakage, particularly in larger diameters and extended lengths.
With its industry-standard 19.05mm (¾") Weldon shank, the HMS offers broad compatibility across magnetic drilling machines. For proper use, this cutter must be paired with the SW143540 - IBC.70 Pilot Pin (6.35 x 77mm), ensuring accurate centring, coolant flow, and safe slug ejection.
To complement the annular cutter range, we also supply a comprehensive range of industrial magnetic base drills designed to deliver maximum performance with Euroboor cutting tools.
