The Alpha Gold Series 3 Flute 90 degree Countersink is engineered for long-lasting results in the toughest materials. With a Titanium Nitride (TiN) coating over fully ground HSS cobalt, this countersink delivers up to three times the service life of standard countersinks.

Its 3-flute design provides fast, clean countersinking and deburring while reducing chatter, making it especially effective with cordless drills. The 1/4" quick change shank enables rapid bit swaps and secure fitment in portable drills.

DRILLING BEST PRACTICE:
• Use non-hammer drill settings for best results
• Apply cutting fluid when working in harder metals. We recommend SW140386 CRC CDT Cutting Liquid or an equivalent
• Maintain steady feed pressure to prevent chatter
• Withdraw periodically in deeper cuts to clear swarf
• Inspect cutting edges and regrind or replace when worn
