VersaDrive 90° Countersink - 31.0mm

The VersaDrive Countersink is a premium quality countersink with fully ground flutes and a GoldMax Titanium coating to reduce wear and blunting. Designed with a patented non-slip hex shank, it is impact-rated and can be used across multiple power tools. It offers accurate, chatter-free countersinking with minimal torque kick-back, even on stainless steels when applied at the correct RPM with lubrication.

FEATURES:

  • Impact rated: the first countersink designed for use with impact wrenches and drivers
  • Ground flutes: high accuracy and extended tool life
  • Perfect concentricity: precise, chatter-free countersinking
  • GoldMax TiN coating: reduces heat build-up and burn-out
  • Heavy-duty hex shank: secure, non-slip operation
  • Modular system: VersaDrive patented shank and Rapid Lock adapters enable use across drills, magnetic drills, and impact wrenches
  • Industrial grade results: suitable for stainless steels and Inox (rotary application recommended)

SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Head diameter: 31.0mm
  • Starting diameter: 7.0mm
  • Countersink angle: 90 degrees
  • Flutes: 3
  • Overall length: 55mm
  • Shank type: VersaDrive patented hex shank (fits standard 1/2" drill chuck or Rapid Lock adapter)
