CRC Zinc It Galvanic Rust Protection 500g - Box of 6

The CRC Zinc It Galvanic Rust Protection is a single-component, weld-through zinc-rich compound designed to deliver the same corrosion protection benefits as hot-dip galvanising. With 95% highest purity zinc in the dried film, this formulation forms a highly protective coating on bare steel or iron, offering electro-chemical bonding for long-lasting rust prevention. The sacrificial anodisation of zinc prevents rust and rust creepage even when scratched, abraded, or dented.

This tough, quick-drying coating resists salt corrosion, water, and heat, making it an excellent choice for long-term protection in harsh and corrosive environments. CRC Zinc It can be applied as a finish coat or used as a primer beneath CRC’s range of zinc coatings or other decorative paint systems. Ongoing protection can be maintained with simple re-coating every 6 years, depending on conditions. More frequent reapplication may be required in extreme environments.
